Measures to live, increase employee welfare, improve employee salaries, provide professional training, plan for promotion of opportunities, etc., how to continue the enterprise, excellent talents are an important foundation for enterprise, and it is indispensable for sustainable development. Motivation, building a gold team, stimulating teamwork, and retaining talent is a course that every business needs to study and think about. On the other hand, the current willingness of the officers and the Military Volunteers to stay in the camp is low rate. The volunteers of the Coast Guard Administration will not continue to lose money, and the number of resignees will increase rapidly (2017, UDN News Network), nothing more than There are gaps in military career expectations, poor environmental adaptation, and lack of confidence in the welfare system. Despite the improvement in recruitment, the proportion of national officers and soldiers staying in the camp has been declining year by year, which has led to an increase in the pressure for recruitment.
  This study is based on the Dongsha Island Volunteer military, and uses SPSS 20.0 for narrative statistical analysis, and the use of structural equation model analysis to verify relevant theoretical assumptions, expected to know the job stress, pay package for separation The influence of inclination. The study found that (1) the difference in the educational level of the Volunteer military has a significant relationship with the job stress. (2) There is an influence relationship between the three aspects of job stress, pay package, and turnover intention.
  Future research in this study: This research is conducted by the officers and the Volunteer Sergeant of the Dongsha Command of CGA. Of course, whether there are different appearances under the different military services or units, it also has the significance of research, or the future.
