The willingness of an organization or company employee to be employed for a long time is positively related to job satisfaction. The amount of job satisfaction also affects. The level of happiness, the promotion of the sea patrol heart, the promotion of physical and mental health, the prevention of self-harm cases, the cohesiveness of the heart, the creation of a friendly workplace environment, so that colleagues can serve with peace of mind, can also feel happiness, identify with the sea patrol Service environment, while further enhancing the willingness of colleagues to stay.
This study first discusses the definitions of happiness and retention intentions and related theories. After combining the current practice of the sea patrol work, the selected research objects are the officers and men who serve the southern part of the patrol department. Cognition and understanding of heart-assisted work, male and female are included in the gender part of the plan, and the high-ranking military officers, executive sergeant cadres, seniors of the commanded class and the officers of the planning class are selected in the class to make the discussion and research answers available. Value; At present, members of the sea patrol unit are gradually voluntarily servant, and there are many veterans who have completed the expiration of the civil service period. Even if the salary of the volunteers is stable, they are not willing to apply for renewal of the service, by in-depth interviews. The implementation of the sea patrol heart-assisted work, collecting the relevant factors of the sense of happiness and influence on the willingness to stay in the workplace, and summing up the correlation with the implementation of the work of the heart-assisted work, giving the Southern Sea patrol machine care assistant as a direction reference for the work of the heart.
Finally, the influence of family factors and future promotion or vision, as well as organizational culture and workplace atmosphere within the group, are the factors that influence the willingness to stay and the level of happiness. Therefore, through psychological counseling to construct a harmonious workplace atmosphere, or to conduct diversified lectures, through a variety of comprehensive and comprehensive assistance measures, to establish a warm and caring work field, to make healthy and physical and mental work, to enhance morale, service efficiency, and create good interaction. Organize culture, increase the proportion of willingness to stay, and effectively improve the effectiveness of counseling.
