Therefore, This article aims to get the mentality and ideas from the inspector, To explore how to reduce the turnover rate of inspection officer of customs, The case of Kaohsiung customs.
This study proposes a hypothesis of four facets, And use the questionnaire survey as a research tool, Found from the research results, The inspection officers should be "5 to 10 years" and those who are eligible for promotion (6 to 8 Level) are preferred, Improve the working environment and implement inspection, And the head of the inspection and supervisor who has the experience of inspection and valuation, and can assist the inspector to solve the problem. Regularly hold inspectors and appraisers to exchange and share knowledge, Retain a certain percentage of senior personnel during the rotation to inherit the experimental experience, Improve work efficiency and effectiveness, Improve the performance of the grade A、Adding customs clearance bonuses and increasing the promotion ratio, In order to reduce the turnover rate of inspection practitioners. And it is recommended that Kaohsiung Customs should refer to the selection and rotation of future inspection personnel.
