However, the non-commissioned officers serve as the backbone of the army and are also the rock to consolidate the grassroots. The degree of modulation has always been the main mechanism for maintaining the normal operation of the national army. In the past three years, the rotation was implemented once, and the officers and soldiers did not implement the rotation. The purpose was to build the main force of the unit. The naval logistics repair unit was different from other land and air forces. With the ship''s ship maintenance and maintenance as the main energy, there are logistics repair troops and non-commissioned officers on the land and on the ship. This study analyzes the research topic of the rotation of the base station and the ship''s nurses, and hopes to find the ship repair. The nurse officer and the base repair unit non-commissioned officers are mutually vibrating to enhance the naval strength. The period can detect the issue of rotation and indirectly improve the naval combat capability.
The first chapter of this study is based on the background of the "Regulations of the National Sergeant''s Officer" and the reasons for studying the sub-topics to lay the foundation for the later research chapters. The second chapter is mainly based on the "document discussion". The predecessors studied and studied the relevant research on the sergeant''s rotation degree. The third chapter discusses the current situation of the personal service unit logistics officer rotation; the fourth chapter also deals with the information discussed in the above chapters. The results of the research are summarized and presented; in the end, the fifth chapter concludes with the conclusions and recommendations, so that the relevant units can be used as reference for the subsequent formulation of regulations.
The non-commissioned officers are the backbone of the army and the cornerstone of the consolidation of the grassroots. The national army has reduced the number of posts in response to the development of the country''s political and economic situation and the implementation of the "fine case". However, the military is a kind of internal human resources market. The middle and high-ranking non-commissioned officers are gradually gradually cultivated by the grassroots. For the naval repair, the logistics sergeant is more important. How can the appropriate change of the personal environment and the combat strength be improved through the change of the working environment? Job adjustment is a topic worth studying.
