The data analysis methods of this study include reliability analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe method, chi-square test analysis and binary logitian regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions are as follows:
1. More than 82.6% pharmacists have been involved in overseas travel in the last three years, and as many as 95.8% pharmacists have the participation intentions in overseas travel in the coming year. 3. The constraints factors of pharmacists ' overseas travel are divided into four aspects, its influence from large to small in order for "work and family constraints", "travel costs constraints", "environment constraints" and "psychological constraints ".
4. Pharmacists with different background attributes have significant differences in the motivation of overseas travel in "educational level", "marital status", " job position" and "average family monthly income". Overseas travel constraints significant differences in "age", "length of service", "marital status", "minimum child age" and "average family monthly income".
5. Due to the very high intentions of pharmacists to participate in overseas travel in the coming year (95.8%), the analysis shows that the motivation and constraints of overseas travel are less obvious to the influence of the intentions to participate in overseas travel in the coming year.
