The Relationship between Foreign Investment, Board of Directors and Operational Risk / 海外投資、董事會權力與營運風險之關聯

碩士 / 銘傳大學 / 會計學系碩士班 / 107 / This study uses Taiwans stock listed companies from 2006 to 2017 as a sample to explore the relationship between overseas investment, board powers and companys operational risk.
The empirical results show that the chairman and also president of the company, the high shareholding ratio directors. Both of them have the same benefit with the company. They will make good decision for the company, which helps to reduce the companys operational risk. The large size of the board directors, high stock ratio of independent directors or family businesses are positively related to companys operational risk. The results of this study have practical implications and can provide relevant institution references.
