A Study on the Cognition and Behavior of Cyberbullying in Junior High School Students-Taking Schools in the Coastal Area of Taichung City as an Example / 國中生網路霸凌認知與行為之相關研究-以臺中市海線地區學校為例

碩士 / 明道大學 / 課程與教學研究所 / 107 / The purpose of this study was to investigate the situation of Internet usage,cyberbullying behavior and cyberbullying cognition. Another aim was to analyze the difference between cyberbullying behavior and cyberbullying cognition. The method of study adopted questionnaire survey, named “CyberBehavior Scale” and “Cyberbullying Cognition Scale.” The study objects were the junior high school students in the coastal area of Taichung City.With Purposive Sampling method, 513 valid questionnaires were collected. The survey was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, t-Test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis. The results of the study were as following:1. ‘’Insult and libel’’ were even more often seen in the cyberbullying behaviors of junior high school students.2. ‘’Attack and harassment on public posts’’ were more lucid in the cyberbullying cognition of junior high school students. 3. In term of cyberbullying behavior, ‘’different gender and the frequency of using Internet’’ had significant difference. 4. In term of cyberbullying cognition, ‘’different gender and Internet device’’ had significant difference.5. A significant negative correlation was existed between cyberbullying behavior and cyberbullying cognition.These results are offered to educator, parents and researchers.
