碩士 / 國立勤益科技大學 / 電子工程系 / 107 / Until now, the fishhook manufacturers around the world still rely on human operation for the hook wiring process in the production line. However, the rapid increasing labor cost has become a big challenge in industry. For this reason, this paper aims to design a fishhook wiring mechanical system using an automatic control process. Firstly, the fishhook production process is analyzed, including five main processes such as hook feeding, winding, pulling, trimming and collecting. Secondly, the system mechanical system is designed and similated using by SoildWorks software. The system is then integrated with the control system realized by the PLC as the main controller to achieve various actions. The HMI with the touch screen is designed to allow the technicians for friendly operating the system. The practical implementation has been carried out steadily. The results verify that the proposed system is feasible in terms of robustness, relialiabity and rapidness.
