Because the conductivity of the seawater is different in each water area, the experiment studies for the power transfer system in different conductivity of the seawater. When the resonance point, or the intermediate medium of the coupling structure changes, the basic parameters of the equivalent reactance value changed due to the reflection impedence. Because the reactance cannot be completely canceled, causing the LC resonance point to shift. In order to solve the problem above, we use the phase-locked loop circuit. The frequency chasing circuit makes the system in the case of reactance cancellation to maintain the maximum fundamental current of the system to improve the power transmission of the system. Finally, the experimental measurement results, the highest power transmission efficiency is 74.50% in the air, and the electrical conductivity is 34.8 mS/cm. It is 73.95% in the seawater and 73.17% in the seawater with an electrical conductivity of 49.7 mS/cm.
