碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) / 107 / The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of family attitude and foreign environment upon expatriation willingness, respectively. The organizational support is used as a moderator variable. In this study, we distributed handwritten questionnaires to employees of semiconductor equipment companies in Tainan Science Park who were selected by convenience sampling. 161 valid questionnaires were collected from November 5, 2018 to December 5, 2018. The findings of this paper are as follows:
1.Family attitude has a significant, positive impact on expatriation willingness.
2.Foreign environment has a significant, positive impact on expatriation willingness.
3.Organizational support has a critical moderating effect between foreign environment and expatriation willingness.
