碩士 / 國立宜蘭大學 / 生物機電工程學系碩士班 / 107 / Most organisms have a physiological cycle associated with day and night, but such cycles may be affected by the increasing effects of artificial lighting. For the study on the circadian rhythm of Crustaceans, unlike terrestrial animals, have a rich expression and have only been judged by limited behavior or endocrinology in the past. In this study, the self-made electrode was used to measure the Macrobrachium rosenbergii under two kinds of light conditions (24 hours bright - 0 hours dark, N = 6 and 12 hours bright - 12 hours dark, N = 6). After converting the ECG signal data to the heart rate, analyze the heart rate variability in different time segments, and take the five frequencies with the strongest power in each segment for statistical analysis. The results show that the periods of the 10 frequencies is the most obvious, which is 21.33, 14.22, 8.53, 7.11, 6.1, 5.33, 3.56, 2.67, 2.13 and 1.52 hours after the conversion. After comparing these cycles with the relevant environmental factors, it was found that there were no corresponding projects between the three periods of 21.33, 14.22 and 8.53 hours and external stimuli. The periods of 6.1, the 7.11 hour cycle may be the cycle caused by digestion and excretion, 5.33, 3.56, 2.67, 2.13 may be the pseudo-cycle caused by the chiller in the process of temperature regulation. Based on this result, the study concluded that 21.33, 14.22 and 8.53 hours are the physiological cycles associated with light in Macrobrachium rosenbergii.
