A Study on Management Strategy of Recreational Fishery:A Case Study of Squid Fishing in Penghu. / 休閒漁業經營策略之研究─以澎湖夜釣小管業者為例

碩士 / 國立高雄餐旅大學 / 觀光研究所在職專班 / 107 / The purpose of this paper is to explore the recreational fishery management strategy by using the Porter diamond model. And the Penghu tourism industry of night fishing of neritic squid is as research sample for this studying.
The research method uses a two-stage sample selection method, which is based on the appropriate sampling method. It is supplemented by snowball sampling. The appropriate sample is selected through the researchers personal relationship network. The interview outline is prepared in advance, and semi-structured interviews are collected by collecting vocal interview data of three practitioners of night fishing in Penghu. Through the perspective of those practitioners to understand its recreational fishery business strategies and problems.

The findings are as follows:
1.The experience service is the core of recreational fishery.
2.Practitioners should identify the uniqueness and diversity of their services.
3.The interaction between practitioners should be more organized, and replace the vicious price-cutting competition with the healthy development of benign competition.
4.Implementing the concept of ecological sustainability to develop recreational fishery.
5.Industry-university cooperation to cultivate relevant talents, or to cooperate with the off-campus teaching, to play the role of ecological education.
6.Establish the value and brand of recreational fishery by using appropriate marketing methods.
7.The government should play the role of coaching and assisting
