碩士 / 國立高雄科技大學 / 海事資訊科技系 / 107 / This study aimed at investigating the related issues and tendency on current smuggling of fishery products. This study examined some factors of Taiwanese fishing vessels illegally smuggling in Mainland China including political and economic factors. This study also presented and analyze the relationship of the individual growth and decline on various crimes in chronology, illegal behavior patterns, time, tides, and sea areas on smuggling in China. Finally, this study analyzed the cases of smuggling of fishery products in recent years in China for taking actions of future prevention and control and providing reference to relevant departments. From the existing practices, suggestions are given for following the regulations on fishing vessels illegally to Mainland.
