The Correlation between the Occupational Stress and Quitting Intention among the Volunteer Military- An Example of Southern Coastal Patrol Office / 志願役同仁工作壓力導致離職傾向關聯性之研究-以南部分署士官兵為例

碩士 / 國立高雄科技大學 / 海事資訊科技系 / 107 / This study explores the relationship between the pressure of work and the turnover intention of the volunteers of the patrol department (in Hong Kong officers and soldiers), and focuses on the current headquarters, the affiliated patrol (middle) team and the current volunteers of the security checkpoints. The results of the questionnaire survey were analyzed to understand the impact of the work pressure of the volunteers of the patrol department on the turnover intention. A total of 150 questionnaires were issued and a total of 118 valid questionnaires were collected. The results of this study are as follows:
1.The "organizational atmosphere", "family support" and "career development" of the volunteer pressure of the sea patrol department's volunteers are at a high level.
2.The "departure thoughts", "work safety" and "finding other work tendencies" of the voluntary orientation of the volunteers of the sea patrol department showed a moderate situation.
3.The "organizational structure", "organizational atmosphere", "work factors", "family support" and "career development" facet of work stress have a significant positive impact on the "departure thoughts" of turnover intention.
4.The "work factor" and "family support" facet of work stress have a significant positive impact on the "work safety" of turnover intention.
5.The “family support” facet of work stress has a significant positive impact on the “look for other work tendencies” of turnover intentions.
