碩士 / 國立高雄科技大學 / 航運管理系 / 107 / Taiwan is taking ocean as the foundation to establish the state. The first gateway to the world is the port. The historical footprint is the niche point to Taiwan International Ports Corporation (TIPC). Thus, to establishment of the Taiwan Harbor Cultural Park is necessary. This study collects relevant literature and reviews the evolution of Taiwan's seven major international commercial ports. It reorganizes the important considerations for the establishment of the Taiwan Harbor Cultural Park from the spiritual level, we will examine the key factors through the expert questionnaire to provide a reference direction for the country to build a Taiwan Harbor Cultural Park in the future. The study found that the most important consideration for the establishment of the Taiwan Harbor Cultural Park is the "cultural development level", and the most critical evaluation criteria are "the driving role of preserving the evolution of Taiwan's harbor " , "establish Taiwan harbor and ocean education prospective cornerstone", "promote the prosperity of the industries around the maritime port", and "inducing various activities of the domestic and international shipping industry". The inheritance of port culture is to continue the cohesiveness of marine culture and ideas. The preservation of port history and culture requires an integrated platform for convergence and agglomeration. The establishment of Taiwan Harbor Cultural Park will be sufficient to play this platform role.
