碩士 / 國立高雄科技大學 / 財富與稅務管理系 / 107 / This study sourced data from 2010 to 2017, and collected financial indicators and non-financial indicators of ten Taiwanese listed container and bulk cargo shipping companies, to investigate the factor related to operational performance.
This research used cash and short-term solvency, enterprise growth capability, corporate governance capability to develop hypothesis. This research used linear multiple regression model to analyze the relationship between those financial indicators and ROA (Return on assets), ROE (Return on equity) respectively.
The results show that cash flow ratio, current ratio, net growth rate, total number of directors, and chairman serving as general manager at the same time have significant influences on corporate operational performance.
