Therefore, this paper is trying to get acceleration responses of the ship through computer simulation, to build an analysis process of the custom structure. Helping ship designers to estimate the structural responses more realistically and accurately according to their own design.
The hull response amplitude operator (RAO) and vertical acceleration are obtained through Maxsurf motions, the load conditions are determined by BV-NR500, and the composite parameters are calculated by BV-ComposeIT. MSC.Patran as the Pre/Post processor, building FE(Finite element) model and showing results. MSC.Nastran as the solver, calculating the responses of the structure with static analysis. The analysis result can be used to optimize the design of the structure.
