Research on the performance of multi-function boats - Take the KARMIN company as an example / 開發新一代多功能小艇之探討 -以罡旻公司為例

Therefore, this research will be based on the K11 first-generation (K110), second-generation (K112A) and second-generation upgraded (K112B) RIB boats developed by the company, and will be collected by expert interviews. The interview data of the case, which distinguishes the three major projects of performance, application and cost, and the twelve sub-items, and the customers development direction and focus on the future third-generation (K113) RIB boat, and maintain the market through the initial layout. Competitive advantage.
The study found that from the perspective of experts, they all expressed a positive attitude towards the diversity of RIB boats in offshore, shallow waters, fjords, rivers and lakes, but from the perspective of actual operators, Peoples safety, safety and safety are the first priority; and for the development direction and key needs of the third generation (K113) RIB boat, experts believe that the ship speed should be upgraded and the smooth control of high-speed sports should be further strengthened. The modularization of the configuration equipment should be able to be upgraded, the design of the boat should incorporate fire protection requirements and provide a more comfortable cabin for the passengers.
For the development of future RIB boats, with the advancement of current technology and the improvement of the energy of application equipment, it is suggested that we should make improvements to the multi-functional task module, which will be the subject of further research by the company in future operations.
