Image Tracking and Prediction of Offshore Tsunami with Particle Filters / 基於粒子濾波器之近海海嘯影像追蹤與預測

The particle filter algorithm is applied to the successful experience of machine learning. For the nonlinear dynamics of the offshore floating ball, the trajectory tracking and detection of the tsunami is carried out by means of camera image objects. The computer vision image tracking and recognition technology has been successfully applied to the detection and recognition of rapid object movement by the automatic driving system. The floating ball is monitored by photography and the particle filter algorithm is used to automatically perform real-time tracking and track detection, and automatically The measured horizontal trajectory is immediately compared, and the abnormal elevation of sea level can be detected and detected in time, and the tsunami warning is activated to assist the coastal personnel to evacuate in time. In the coastal areas, cameras are set up to monitor offshore floats, and automatic tsunami monitoring is performed by particle filter's real-time detection and tracking technology. The cost is low, equipment maintenance is easy, and the tsunami warning performance of offshore is effectively improved.
