A Study on Safety Inspection Operation method of seawall-Taking the seawall back of NTOU as an example / 海堤安全檢測作業方法之研究-以海洋大學後海堤為例

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 107 / The seawall structure gradually ages under the long-term wave tapping and typhoon attack, and reduces the original design function. Based on mastering the old deterioration of the seawall, it needs to be regularly and irregularly tested and timely repaired to preserve the function of the seawall. At present, the normal management of domestic seawalls is mainly based on the guidelines of "Technical Specifications for Water Conservancy Construction Inspection and Safety Assessment". The inspection and assessment of the seawall are carried out by visual inspection. The inspection standards are introduced into the DER&U mode. However, the inspection results were not graded and quantified. Only qualitative descriptions were used. The results of inspections may vary from person to person, and the basic data investigations are not supported by photographs. The results of previous inspections cannot be effectively linked. In addition, the seawall structure includes the outer slope of the embankment and the structure of the wave-eliminating structure. Because the distance is far and difficult to reach, if the inspection personnel record the damage through visual inspection, the damage of the facility cannot be fully presented.
Through the literature review, this study collects and integrates the seawall safety testing evaluation criteria and testing methods, and uses the seawall of the Ocean University as a research case to establish the basic data of the seawall of the Ocean University, and divides the seawall detection unit to further carry out the safety of the seawall. In the detection, the off-camp part of the embankment replaces the traditional human visual inspection method with the unmanned aerial vehicle aerial survey technology, and the chopping block slip detection is performed. The seawall safety testing method and evaluation indicators specified in the research results showing the seawall inspection and safety assessment standard operating procedures (draft) can indeed reflect the damage of the seawall. In addition, the pre-breaker detection part is used to detect the sliding condition of each unit's wave-blocking block through UAV. In addition to saving labor cost and reducing measurement risk, it is superior to traditional detection method in measurement accuracy, and can be incorporated into seawall wave-carrying workers. Test method of operation.
