Study on the Value of University Student Organization to Participators by Responsive Evaluation Take Alpha Leader in Tung-Hai University as an Example / 以回應式評鑑探討大學學生團體對參與者的價值──以東海大學Alpha Leader為例

碩士 / 國立臺北教育大學 / 教育學系教育創新與評鑑碩士班 / 107 / The purpose of this study was to search the true value of participating a student organization in university to the participator, the true value in this study include positive effect, neutral effect, and negative effect. This study took “Alpha Leader” in Tung-Hai university as an example and used Stake’s “Responsive Evaluation” as the research approach. The flow of this evaluation were based on Stake’s design, and we took nine steps of the original design. This study used open-ended questionnaire and interview as tools to acquire true information, and participants included three positons of “Alpha Leader”. This study totally collected thirty-five questionnaires and eleven transcripts of interviews.

Based on the result of this study, there were five findings:
1. Participators could learn more about the theory and skill of adventure education, the skills of leading educational game, different horizons, interpersonal knowledge, structural thinking, knowledge of Tung-Hai university, and the role of student.
2. Participators could use the theory they got in “Alpha Leader”, expand interpersonal relationship, take care of others, face challenges and failures bravely, seek for more learning opportunity, lead a team and discuss effectually, adventure more, know themselves, help freshmen in university, and find their career.
3. Few participators got interpersonal alienation in organization, difficulty in sharing the experience of “Alpha Leader”, confusion about the reason they participating “Alpha Leader”, disability in using the theory they learned in “Alpha Leader”, self-doubt, fear of taking the initiative to build relationships, and over positive.
4. Participants thought the most important value of “Alpha Leader” is encouraging participators to try, establishing a sincere relationship, being able to reflect, learning the knowledge that made them growing.
5. Participants thought that “Alpha Leader” need to be more challenging, practical, humble, and efficient.
