碩士 / 國立虎尾科技大學 / 動力機械工程系機械與機電工程碩士班 / 107 / The main purpose of this thesis is to design a multi-purpose remote data acquisition and monitoring system SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) for closed culture. It allows users to master the functions of the site without having to visit.
This thesis system is a set of human-machine interface based on PLC and constructed with LabVIEW. It has the functions of login interface, PLC device monitoring table, and viewing live image, which effectively reduces the cost of SCADA system with remote control on the market today.
The carbon monoxide value, hydrogen sulfide value and indoor temperature collected in this paper are the most important indicators for the pig industry. In addition to designing the measurement interface of each indicator in the human-machine interface, an instant observation temperature, exhaust and crane sprinkler system is also added. When the abnormality of the indicator value occurs, the warning system will prompt, so that the operator can immediately detect and eliminate the problem.
