Nowadays, the government shows a lot of care for indigenous-related issue. In the various employment promotion measures and decrees implemented by the government, the indigenous cultural industry plan has been considered the best medicine to solve the economic recession and social problems of indigenous people and tribes. However, the development of the tribal area has not been able to break away from the backwardness of the industry and the aging of the population until now. It is extremely urgent for the government to help overcome the issue.
In the development of tribal organizations, cooperatives are one of the best solutions. The combination of cooperatives and communities can create social, economic, cultural and educational values for local communities. It can not only provide services and meet demands, but also can solve industrial problems and promote the development of the tribal industry.
The pursue of the tribal industry economic development result in economic and social benefits. On one hand, it creates employment opportunities in the local area. On the other hand, it promotes cohesion and cooperation among tribal residents. When local employment opportunities increase and the industry has a vision for development, residents will be more willing to stay in their hometowns and more likely to attract young people to come back.
