This study explores the strategic implications of the China’s development of aircraft carriers through strategic research approaches. It explores the China’s sovereignty maintenance, ocean projection and the consolidation of the great powers, and combines the China’s sea power, the Blue-Water Naval strategy and the evolution of ocean force to summarize the development process and current situation of the China aircraft carrier. It also analyzes the deployment and strength evaluation of the China aircraft carrier, and finally discusses the impact of the China aircraft carrier on regional security and the future development of each country.
In the context of Chinas political, economic, and military continued rise and the development of Chinas aircraft carrier, this study analyzes the political, economic, military, scientific, and international factors of the countries in the region.
The study found that the development of Chinas aircraft carrier has prompted regional countries to increase their defense budgets, strengthen armaments, and build confidence measures with other countries. Therefore, Chinas development of aircraft carriers has a huge impact on regional security.
