碩士 / 聖約翰科技大學 / 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 / 107 / The purpose of this study is to explore the selection model of the most appropriate sea patrol personnel involved in sports and leisure frequency. First, questionnaires were distributed to the experts for completing a data collection which was later analyzed with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results of the calculations show that the top nine assessment factors in order of weight are "fitness factor", "interest factor", "age", "outdoor sports", "per time of exercise", "job competency factor", "gender" ", exercise intensity" and "indoor sports". Then use the nine evaluation factors as the criteria for the second phase of the questionnaire, and compare the scoring models of the alternatives. After the data is integrated, the weights of the four alternatives are calculated through mathematical operations. According to the results of the study, it was learned that the sea patrol personnel chose the weighting scheme for the optimal sports and leisure frequencies. The results obtained in this study can be used as reference for current sea patrol personnel, and are used as a self-adjusting direction when promoting participation in sports and leisure frequency.
