Risk Management of Light Weapon Transportation-A Case Study of Tainan Airport / 輕兵器運輸作業風險管理研究-以台南機場為例

碩士 / 南臺科技大學 / 工業管理研究所 / 107 / Operational risk management is a continual cyclic six-step process which includes risk identification, risk evaluation, risk analysis, risk decision making, implementation of risk controls, monitor and review, which results in acceptance, mitigation, or avoidance of risk. This research studies the implementation of operational risk management to light weapon transportation in Air Force Tainan airport. Operational Risk Management Integration Tool (ORMIT) was used to evaluate, analyze and promote light weapon transportation. The results show that promotion of operational risk management results in mitigation and avoidance of light weapon transportation risk.
