碩士 / 台北海洋科技大學 / 海洋休閒觀光系碩士班 / 107 / Taiwan is surrounded by the sea, and ocean tourism is a sightseeing content that can be developed vigorously now and in the future. The Gongga International Ocean Music Festival is an important event. The Gongga International Marine Music Festival has been tribute to New Taipei City in Taiwan every summer since 2000. It is held in the territory of the city and attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists every year. Generally speaking, the crowds brought by large-scale activities may have an impact on the public security of the sightseeing areas, and the quality of public security directly affects the choice of sightseeing images and sightseeing spots. Therefore, the policing safety work in the sightseeing areas is appropriate. Relevant public security problems arising from tourism development are listed as the main indicators for police strategy formulation, in order to cooperate with local development to promote regional prosperity.
The historical data analysis and in-depth interviews used in this study explored the types and causes of the related impact problems that may be produced in the Gongga area for large-scale waterfront festivals, and the relevance of tourism development support. The results of the study show that the residents of the area generally have positive views on the promotion of the local economy and popularity. However, due to the related safety control measures and inadequate venues, the residents and visitors are adversely affected. The inconvenience caused by the inconvenience caused by the negative impact of tourism, coupled with the failure to combine local cultural characteristics and so on, could not take root in the formation of special activities, which led to a decline in tourism development support. This study also suggests that if a large-scale waterfront festival like the Gongga International Marine Music Festival is held, a safety maintenance management strategy suitable for the characteristics of the area should be proposed to achieve safety maintenance and related activities and sustainable development. balance.
