As the market expands, the company strives to continue to grow and compete to expand its production capacity to meet the existing and potential needs of the market. In the target market is not limited to one place and cost, raw material acquisition and other factors, factory production type. The state has gradually evolved from a single plant to a multi-plant production pattern, and the complexity of production planning has increased.
As companies continue to expand, the business to be managed by corporate headquarters is becoming more complex. In order to effectively manage large multinational enterprises, as well as industrial environment changes and fierce competition, enterprises have strong demand for global layout and industrial supply chain.
Therefore, this study takes H company as an example. Firstly, it analyzes the current situation, analyzes the system architecture of overseas factories and interviews with experts, and proposes the evaluation factors of overseas factories with expert interviews. It is hoped that it will provide a reference for future enterprises setting up factories overseas.
