A Study on the Benefits of Youth Overseas Exchange Learning Activities / 青少年海外交換學習活動效益之研究

碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 管理學院經營管理EMBA專班 / 107 / After the Second World War, due to the increase in opportunities for young students to study abroad, the global education-oriented short-term population migration was promoted; the target of the merger was extended from the developed countries in Europe and the United States to the countries of the world; from the independent development of the people to the government counseling drumsticks; The children of wealthy families are popularized in the general family. In view of the development of this trend, this study explores the evolution, time and space characteristics of domestic youth exchange learning activities, and then understand the learning outcomes of students and the implementation benefits of this program.
In-depth interviews with 11 students with exchange experience, the countries they exchanged were Japan, South Korea, and Thailand in Europe; France, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, and Poland in Europe; the United States in North America; Brazil and Mexico in Central and South America. Examine the effectiveness of their exchange programs and their impact on individuals.
Many interviewees pointed out that the international exchange program provides a new conduit for students to experience different professional learning and living environments overseas, thereby enhancing their personal knowledge and global vision. However, some respondents hope that the school will improve the mechanism and provide assistance and care for the extension. For the effectiveness of the implementation of the youth overseas exchange learning program, students give more positive comments, because the growth of students during the exchange period, most of them extend the international outlook and global career planning.
