A Study of Frédéric François Chopin’s Barcarolle, Op. 60 / 蕭邦《船歌,作品60》之研究

碩士 / 臺北市立大學 / 音樂學系碩士在職專班 / 107 / Frédéric François Chopin(1810-1849) composed more than two hundred music pieces in his life, most of them are piano works. Among them, “Barcarolle in F-sharp Major, op.60” is the only piece about Barcarolle. Chopin composed this piece in his later period. In this essay, Barcarolle will be the main research topic and also one of the most essential compositions of the graduation concert. The essay is divided into five chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, which elaborate the author’s motivation for the study and purpose, including the study range and research methods. Chapter two introduces the life of Chopin’s, his styles of ctreation and his special characteristics of piano skills. Chapter three talks about the origin of Barcarolle, background of creation and analysis of the piece. Chapter four is the comparisons of the performance versions of three pianists: Krystian Zimerman, Vladimir Ashkenazy and Evgeny Kissin, including the differences of the speed and phrase, as well as the strength, touch of the key and the artist’s own interpretation. At last, chapter five is the summary of the whole essay.
