Exploring the Relationships Among of The Island Travel Motivation, Perceived Value, Satisfaction and Revisiting Willingness / 探討海島旅遊動機、感知價值、 滿意度及重遊意願之關係

碩士 / 萬能科技大學 / 經營管理研究所在職專班 / 107 / In recent years, the tourist atmosphere of the country has been popular, and island tourism is one of the most embarrassing tourist itineraries in the near future. The island is rich in diversity, with beaches, beautiful city towns, rich ocean scenery, comfortable resorts and characteristic islands. Culture has made island tourism more and more popular with tourists. In order to improve the satisfaction of tourists during the island tourism, the main purpose of this study is to explore the influence of island-type tourism motivation, perceived value and satisfaction on the willingness to revisit.
In this study, 450 questionnaires were sent to the island tourism. A total of 398 valid samples were collected, and the effective recovery rate was 88.4%. The data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software. The statistical methods include narrative. Statistics, cross-analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis verify
The empirical study found that there is a significant relationship between tourism motivation, perceived value, satisfaction and revisiting willingness. Combining the above conclusions, the relevant recommendations are made to enable operators to understand consumer demand, enhance core competitiveness to create corporate value and enhance tourism. Quality, and give travel-related industry specific suggestions for future planning related trips.
