碩士 / 國立雲林科技大學 / 工業設計系 / 107 / The relationship between modern people and pets has jump off the past instrumentality and master-slave relationship, and the relationship between pets and owners has become more closely, owners spend more time and effort on pet care, and the way pet care changes with the evolution of technology. Compared to the past use of paper and telephone notifications, the Pet Care APP provides a very good solution for modern people who are busy with work and neglected to-do items and events.
This study will conduct research on the interface operation of pet care APP, and find out the user's needs through literature discussion, user interviews before the experiment, pilot experiments and verification experiments. The validate experiment is conducted based on a 2 (navigation system mode) x 3 (information form) two factors experiment. Navigation system mode can be divided in two levels : (1)slide (2)rotary ; Information form can be divided in three levels : (1)title (2)the picture plus title (3)the picture plus title plus text.
The research results as follows: (1) The most needed functions of pet owners in pets care APP are repeated reminders, such as taking medicine, vaccine APPlication and health check； searching for hospital functions is also an important function for pet owners (2) In the section of the "Navigating System Mode", "slide" is better than "rotary" in performance and use experience (3) In the section of the "Information form", " The picture plus title plus text " is better than other samples in performance and use experience.
