The Influence of Flight Attendant’s Appearance and Age on Consumer Purchase Intention: The Case of Low Cost Carriers / 空服員的年齡與顏值對搭機者在機艙購買商品意願之影響研究—以廉價航空為例

碩士 / 僑光科技大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 104 / This study is to explore the theme of gender, education, the appearance of the flight attendants. It is a level of consumer spending in research studies, so investigate the appearance of the image of flight attendants.

This study investigates sales technique so as to recognize the influences of gender, education, appearance on the purchase inclination, making use of questionnaires. Based on SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis, the results are contributive to the distribution policy for aviation services.
This study found:
1. Consumer purchase decision-making in the face of the tendency of different sex’s flight attendants, flight attendants so women than men flight attendants have a sales technique skill.
2. Consumer decision to purchase tendency in the face of different degrees of beautiful flight attendants, flight attendants so beautiful than plain flight attendants have sales technique skills.
