Orientador: Suzeley Kalil Mathias / Banca: Samuel Alves Soares / Banca: Kátia Maria Abud / Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar o perfil do aluno da Escola Preparatória de Cadetes do Exército (EsPCEx) para determinar qual profissional de armas o Brasil está formando. Para isso, tomamos como objeto de análise a EsPCEx, sediada em Campinas, Estado de São Paulo, única forma de acesso do jovem cidadão à Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN), em Resende, Rio de Janeiro, onde são formados os aspirantes do Exército. Enfocamos o perfil do aluno, no período compreendido entre os anos de 1990-2000 (este período foi determinado pelos dados que a EsPCEx tem de seus alunos), no qual, com a introdução de novos métodos de ensino-aprendizagem na escola, foram promovidas algumas mudanças dentro da instituição. Assim, analisaremos o Regulamento de Admissão, o Regimento Interno, os programas de aula e os dados referentes à origem do aluno. A importância deste estudo reside em traçar o perfil do militar que as Forças Armadas preparam em um regime democrático. / Abstract : The objective of this research is to analize the profile of the student from the Preparatory School of Army Cadets (EsPCEx) to determine which weapons professional Brazil is graduating. To do this, we used as object of analysis the EsPCEx with headquarters in Campinas, São Paulo State, the only way of access that the young citizen has to the Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (Black Needles) (AMAN), located in Resende, Rio de Janeiro State, where are graduated the Army aspirants. We focus the student profile, in the period between the years of 1990-2000 (this period was determined through the datas that the EsPCEx has from their students), in which, with the introdution of new methods of teaching-learning in the school, were promoted some changes inside the institution. This way, we will analyse the Admission Regulation, Internal Regiment, the class programs and the datas referring to the students origin. The importance of this study dwell on tracing the profile of the military (soldier) that the Army prepare in a democratic political system. / Mestre
