O objetivo constituiu-se em construir entendimentos sobre o significado do Projeto Político Pedagógico por um grupo de professoras de Educação Física, que pudessem fornecer subsídios para a sua construção e implementação. A pesquisa foi realizada com um grupo de três professoras que lecionavam em escolas da rede municipal de ensino de São Paulo. Este estudo teve como referencial teórico adotado a metodologia do tipo pesquisa-ação, cuja base empírica permite conceber e realizar em estreita associação com uma ação ou com a resolução de um problema coletivo, no qual pesquisadores e participantes estarão envolvidos de modo cooperativo ou participativo. Os resultados encontrados foram organizados em cinco categorias que apresentam uma certa dependência: a escola, ambiente de trabalho e formação, seleção e organização de conteúdos, coordenação pedagógica e construção e implementação de um projeto. O entendimento a respeito do PPP por parte das professoras de Educação Física não depende somente de um projeto individual de cada professor, mas também da busca coletiva de uma nova organização que considere cada escola, com suas particularidades e os contextos sociais; o que evidencia os diferentes níveis de pensar a escola, a educação e a própria Educação Física, visto que este processo está imbricado de elementos que caracterizam a fragmentação do processo educativo e da formação do professor, organização escolar cristalizada - tempos e espaços pré-estabelecidos, conteúdos escolares não relevantes, pouca participação do aluno e do professor nos processos decisórios da escola, políticas públicas que não consideram as características de cada escola, formação inicial... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The need of thinking the Physical Education in the collective, raised the first questions for this research. The main objective was constituted in building understandings about the meaning of Pedagogical Political Project, that could supply us with subsidy for its construction and implementation. The research was carried out with a group of three teachers that taught in schools of municipal net of education of São Paulo. This study had as a theoretical reference adopted a kind of action-research methodology, whose empirical base allow us to conceive and carry out in narrow association with an action or with the resolution of a collective problem, in which researchers and participants will be involved in a cooperative or participating way. The results found were organized in five categories that present a certain dependence: the school, environment of work and formation, selection and organization of contents, pedagogical coordination and construction and implementation of a project. The understanding about PPP on the part of Physical Education teachers does not depend only of an individual project of each teacher, but also of the collective search of a new organization that take under consideration each school, with its particularity and the social contexts; what shows up the different levels of thinking the school, the education and, Physical Education as well, inasmuch as this think is overlapped of elements that characterize the fragmentation of the educational process and the formation of teachers, crystallized school organization - time and spaces pre-established, not prominent school contents, little participation of student and teacher in the deciding instances of school, public political that not consider the characteristics of each school, initial formation that does not prepare the teacher to carry out changes, difficulties in considering and constitute...
