A atuação do Ministério Público, por vezes tida como abusiva, mas, quase sempre, elogiada pela sociedade, é tema que merece especial reflexão. Assim também a natureza jurídica da responsabilidade por ato de improbidade e a diversidade de sanções que enseja. Ou, no campo processual civil, os instrumento legais colocados à disposição do autor da ação e mesmo a recente discussão a respeito do chamado foro privilegiado. São todas questões palpitantes, que exigem maior reflexão e cujo trabalho pretendeu enfrentá-las. / Abstract: Several questions comprised in the Administrative Improbity Law are still palpitating, inviting us to meditate on them, as it is an indispensable judicial tool in the building of a Democratic State of Law. The Public Ministry performance, considered sometimes abusive, but most of the time praised by the society, is a theme that deserves some special reflection. As well as the judicial nature of the responsibility for an improbity act and the diversity of punishments it enables. Or, in the civil processual law, the legal tools that are at the author of the action disposal and even the recent discussion about the so-called privileged forum. They are all palpitating questions that demand more reflection on them and which work intended to face them. / Mestre
