Orientador: Ana Sueli Rodrigues Cavalcante / Banca: Renata Falchete do Prado / Banca: Yasmin Rodarte Carvalho / Resumo: O presente projeto de pesquisa objetiva avaliar a marcação de mastócito (MCs)s, linfócitos T CD4+ e, linfócitos T CD8+ na queilite actínica (QA), carcinoma epidermóide (CE) de lábio e CE de língua. Investigamos se há diferença na proporção dos MCs, T CD4+ e T CD8+, levando em consideração os graus de displasia epitelial da QA bem como os graus de diferenciação celular do CE de lábio e CE de língua. Estudamos ainda alterações arquiteturais e citológicas da QA e os graus de diferenciação celular CE de lábio e CE de língua. A amostra foi composta de 30 casos de QA em lábio inferior (grupo 1), 30 de CE primário em lábio inferior (grupo 2), 30 de CE primário em língua (grupo 3) com diagnóstico clínico e histopatológico e 10 casos de grupo controle. As peças foram coradas histoquimicamente com hematoxicilina e eosina H&E, anticorpos anti-CD4, anti-CD8 e triptase. Todos os casos foram avaliados em toda sua extensão, em microscópico de luz em 100x, 200x e 400x. A marcação de T CD4+ na QA e grupo controle subepitelial foi de 9,2 ± 4,64 e 5,2 ± 3,25 respectivamente; CL e CB intraepitelial foi de 11,40 ± 7,06 e 18,33 ± 17,36, e CL e CB estroma foi 9,70 ± 5,59 e 15,80 ± 15,11 respectivamente. A marcação de T CD8+ na QA e grupo controle subepitelial foi de 8,00 ± 4,64 e 4,50 ± 3,25 respectivamente; CL e CB intraepitelial foi de 21,20 ± 35,51 e 17,67 ± 17,17, e CL e CB estroma foi 17,17 ± 22,91 e 17,63 ± 12,50 respectivamente. A marcação de MCs na QA e grupo controle subepitelial foi de 10,37 ± 4,67 e 7,80 ± 4,07 respectivamente; CL e CB intraepitelial foi de 11,40 ± 7,06 e 10,43 ± 5,26, e CL e CB estroma foi 9,70 ± 5,59 e 12,17 ± 5,93 respectivamente. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The aim of the present research was to evaluate the expression of mast cells (MCs)s, CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD8+ T lymphocytes in actinic cheilitis (AQ), squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of lip and SCC of tongue. We investigated eventual differences in the proportion of the MCs, CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells taking into consideration the degrees of the AQ epithelial dysplasia as well as the degrees of cellular differentiation of SCC of lip and SCC of tongue. We also examined the AQ architectural and cytological changes and the cellular differentiation of SCC of lip and SCC of tongue. Sampling consisted of 30 cases of AQ in lower lip (group 1), 30 cases of primary SCC in lower lip (group 2), 30 primary SCC in tongue (group 3) with clinical and histopathological diagnosis and 10 cases of control group. The specimens were histochemically stained with hematoxicilina and H & E eosin, anti-CD4, and anti-CD8 antibodies and tryptase. All cases were fully evaluated, under a light microscope at 100x, 200x and 400x.
