Orientador: Sílvio Yasui / Banca: Cristina Amélia Luzio / Banca: Simone Maineri Paulon / Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo tecer uma reflexão sobre a prática de Apoio Matricial ocorrida entre uma equipe de Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) e dois profissionais do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) de um município de pequeno porte, que culminam em uma possibilidade de reorganização das ações de Saúde Mental na Atenção Básica. Refere-se a estratégias de cuidado em Saúde Mental substitutivas ao modelo médico centrado. Buscou-se a construção de espaços coletivos de conversas horizontais entre profissionais de diferentes campos disciplinares, o que implicou em construir condições para que o trabalho dentro das unidades de saúde se tornasse menos compartimentalizado. Ressalta-se que a prática realizada não ocorreu exclusivamente devido à pesquisa, mas, antes, surgiu independente dela. Todavia, ao passo que se tornou objeto de discussão acadêmica, foi influenciada pelo pesquisar, culminando nesta dissertação. Foi utilizado como recurso metodológico o grupo focal para nortear dois encontros com os trabalhadores de saúde, nos quais foram tratados três temas principais: os encaminhamentos para psiquiatria, a desmistificação em relação aos transtornos mentais e o acolhimento conjunto (ESF e CAPS). A análise pautou-se também na observação participante que ocorreu durante todo o processo da pesquisa em encontros semanais. Desta forma os sujeitos da pesquisa - os trabalhadores da saúde - são o objeto deste estudo, pois são eles que realizam as ações, sendo assim, presa-se pela total proteção dos participantes que compõem essa experiência de trabalho. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research was carried out to ponder on the practice of Mothers' Support used by both a Family Health Strategy team (ESF) and two professionals of the Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) of a small-sized county, which culminate in the possibility of reorganizing the Mental Health activities in the Basic Care. It refers to care strategies in Mental Health replacing the centralized medical model. One tried to create collective spaces of even dialogues among professionals of different disciplinary fields, what implicated in furthering conditions to make work within the health care units less restricted. One points out that the activity put into practice did not take place exclusively due to the research at issue, but it rather resulted independently from it. However, as it became subject of academic discussion, it came under the influence of the very research, culminating in this dissertation. Its methodological resource was the focal group to provide guidance for two meetings held with health care workers, in which three main topics were broached: putting people on the way of psychiatric care, dismystifying the concept of mental troubles, and the combined reception (ESF and CAPS). The analysis was based on participating observation which took place during the whole research process along weekly meetings. In this way the subjects of the research - health care workers - are the subjects of this study, since they are the ones who carry out the activities, such being the case, one places value to the protection of the whole team participating in such a work experience.
