Orientador: José Luís Bizelli / Banca: Marcos Américo / Banca: Sebastião de Souza Lemes / Resumo: A presente dissertação tem como objetivo investigar os limites e possibilidades do T-learning em Televisão Digital Interativa. O foco é o ensino a distância (EaD) para obtenção de educação formal, ou seja, cursos EaD resultem em certificação reconhecida. O trabalho recupera algumas iniciativas que enfrentam esse desafio e discute as novas possibilidades que se abrem com a Televisão Digital, a partir da interatividade. Neste cenário, é necessário pensar como os cursos já existentes podem migrar para essa nova plataforma e como novos cursos podem ser formulados. Para o campo, foi definido como centro da atenção os cursos de uma instituição que trabalha com educação formal EaD: o Telecurso Tc. do Centro Paula Souza que funciona através de parceria com o Governo do Estado de São Paulo e a Fundação Roberto Marinho. Os atores investigaos em coleta de dados qualitativa são os alunos da modalidade semipresencial de uma Unidade de Ensino desta instituição. O objetivo é entender as dificuldades em cursos desse formato, compreendendo o que um aluno de curso EaD necessita. Desta forma, será possível pontuar como a Televisão Digital poderá atender tais necessidades. Esta dissertação, portanto, busca, em um primeiro momento, analisar o uso das TICs em cursos de EaD já existentes e, em um segundo momento, realizar um estudo de caso mais aprofundado, com os alunos do Telecurso Tec para pontuar questões relevantes para a migração do curso para a TV Digital. E por fim, propor uma aplicação interativa para o Telecurso Tec / Abstract: This dissertation aims to investigate the limits and possibilities of the T-Learning in Interactive Digital Television. The focus is distance education (DE) to obtain formal education, in order words, distance education courses that lead to recognized certification. The work recovers some initiatives that have faced this challenge and discusses te new possibilities that open up with the Digital Television from de interactivity. In this scenario, it is necessary to think like the existing courses can migrate to this new platform and as new courses can be formulated. For the field research, was defined the center of attention courses of an institution that works with formal education distance learning: the Telecourse Tec, from Centro Paula Souza that works through partnership with the Government of the State of São Paulo and the Roberto Marinho Foundation. Actors investigated in qualitative data collection are students of a semipresential modality Education Unit of this institution. The goal is to understand the difficulties in this formal courses, undersanding what a student needs a DL course. This way, it will be possible punctuate as Digital Television can meet those needs. This dissertation therefore seeks, at first, to analyze the use of ICTs in distance education courses already exist and, in a second time, make a more detailed case study with students of telecourse Tec to punctuate relevant issues to migration of the course for Digital TV. And finally, propose an interactive application for the Telecourse Tec / Mestre
