Orientador: Débora Cristina Fonseca / Banca: Leila Maria Ferreira Salles / Banca: Ana Elisa Spaolonzi Queiroz Assis / Resumo: Esta pesquisa trata sobre a judicialização das relações escolares, tendo como objetivo geral identificar e analisar as ações dos atores jurídico-sociais em processos judiciais de estudantes do ensino fundamental II, para que se possa entender os aspectos punitivos e educativos destas ações, conhecer as possíveis discordâncias entre as leis e as práticas aplicadas, além de compreender os papeis dos diferentes profissionais dentro do processo. Para tanto, optou-se pela utilização do método de análise de conteúdo. Depois de percorremos a totalidade dos processos, parece-nos que as situações de violência ocorridas no âmbito da escola estão sendo direcionadas para o sistema de justiça na tentativa de que o conflito seja afastado e resolvido fora da escola. Quando passamos a analisar as ações dos atores jurídicos-sociais dentro das fases dos processos, nos deparamos com diversas práticas que se tornam questionáveis diante do que prevê o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, onde podemos apontar que muitos ainda são os resquícios deixados pela Doutrina da Situação Irregular, principalmente quanto aos aspectos punitivos das atitudes e decisões tomadas pelos atores jurídico-sociais / Abstract: This research deals with on Judicialization of school relations, with the overall objective to identify and analyze the actions of the legal and social actors in legal proceedings of elementary school students II, so that one can understand the punitive and educational aspects of these actions, know the possible discrepancies between the laws and practices applied, in addition to understanding the roles of different professionals within the process. Therefore, we chose to use the content analysis method. After we go through all the processes, it seems that the situations of violence that occurred at the school are being directed to the justice system in an attempt to the conflict is away and settled out of school. When we come to analyze the actions of the legal and social actors within the stages of the process, we came across several practices that become questionable before providing the Statute of Children and Adolescents, where we can point out that many are still remnants of the punitive aspects left for the Doctrine of the Irregular Situation, especially when the punitive aspects of attitudes and decisions taken by the legal and social actors / Mestre
