Orientador: Maria José da Silva Fernandes / Resumo: O presente trabalho apresenta resultados de uma pesquisa que se apoiou em levantamento bibliográfico de teses e dissertações dedicadas à investigação sobre Trabalho Docente, na qual o conceito central é compreendido como complexo e inserido na lógica contraditória de trabalho no capitalismo. As referências teóricas utilizadas foram: Oliveira (2004; 2006), Duarte (2011), Hypólito (1991; 2011) e Ball (2002; 2005). O conjunto analisado foi localizado nos repositórios dos principais programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação do Estado de São Paulo, com o intuito de selecionar pesquisas que abrangiam o ensino regular paulista (Ensino Fundamental I e II) e que foram produzidas após o ano de 1996. O objetivo geral da investigação foi o mapeamento e análise dos estudos sobre o Trabalho Docente realizadas ao longo do período de 1996 a 2018, recorte temporal definido por conta das implantações de sucessivas reformas educacionais de cunho neoliberal na rede pública estadual de ensino paulista. Como objetivos específicos estão: identificar o nível e a modalidade de ensino abordado nas teses e dissertações; reconhecer os principais Programas de PósGraduação nos quais são produzidas as pesquisas sobre Trabalho Docente no Estado de São Paulo; identificar as principais abordagens metodológicas presentes nas teses e dissertações; identificar as concepções de Trabalho Docente presente nas produções acadêmicas estudadas e organizar um quadro referência com os principais eixos de análise dos resulta... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present dissertation shows the results of a research that was based in a bibliographic survey of theses and dissertations dedicated to the investigation of Faculty Work, in which the central concept is understood as complex and inserted in the contradictory logic of work in capitalism. The theoretical references used were: Oliveira (2004; 2006), Duarte (2011), Hypólito (1991; 2011) and Ball (2002; 2005). The analyzed set was located in the repositories of the main Education Graduation Centers of the State of São Paulo, in order to select researches that included regular education in São Paulo (Elementary School I and II) and that were produced after 1996. The general objective of the investigation was the mapping and analysis of the studies on Faculty Work implemented at the period of 1996 to 2018, a time frame defined because of the implementation of successive neoliberal educational reforms in the state public school system in São Paulo. The specific objectives are: to identify the level and type of teaching addressed in the theses and dissertations; recognize the main Graduate Programs in which are produced research on Faculty Work in the State of São Paulo; identify the main methodological approaches present in the theses and dissertations; identify the conceptions of Faculty Work present in the academic productions studied and organize a reference framework with the main axes of analysis of the results pointed out by the researches.
