Social competence is an effective weapon at all costs on today’s market. In many job ads we can see the words to be socially competent. In our report we have studied the subject’s social competence, relations, relationship marketing and personal networks and looked to the connection these subjects have to one another. We decided to use a qualitative study to set approach deeper into the relationship between the subjects. We interviewed five people about their opinions within the subjects with social competence as a main topic. The interviews accrued at different dates and the answers have been collaborated with the theories as a lead opinion. After the collaboration of the answers it accrued to us that the findings we made between theory and the theme elements was very much similar. The correlation between social competence and personal networks were strong. But the correlation between social competence and relations are not are strong. Relations rely more on boundary and truth than the personal networks.
