<p>The contribution of this thesis is a framework architecture for cooperative distributed problem solving in multiagent systems using a shared memory structure. Our shared memory structure, the TEAM SPACE, coordinates the problem solving process that is based on a plan in form of a hierarchy of decomposed tasks.</p>
