Denna rapport redovisar utvecklingen av ett specialanpassat inredningssystem till en semiprofessionell diskmaskin. Projektet utfördes som ett examensarbete inom integrerad produktutveckling vid Högskolan i Skövde under vårterminen 2009 i samarbete med ASKO Appliances. ASKO tillverkar idag diskmaskiner för hemmabruk och de vill nu rikta in sig mer mot olika målgrupper inom den offentliga sektorn. Målet var därför att specialutforma inredningssystem till de som ansågs ha störst behov. Ett krav var att dessa system skulle passa ASKO:s nuvarande diskmaskinsplattform XXL. Arbetet inleddes med behovsanalyser och undersökningar av marknaden idag. Resultatet av dessa låg sedan till grund för konceptutveckling. En mängd kreativitetsmetoder ledde fram till olika koncept som visades upp på en halvtidspresentation på ASKO. Beslut togs då att fokusera på ett inredningssystem speciellt för caféer. Det slutliga konceptet, Kombi, utvecklades med syftet att förenkla hanteringen av disk, få plats med fler föremål samt möjliggöra stapling av specifika föremål för caféer. Bestickhanteringen förändrades också med uttagbara korgar som kan användas i caféserveringen. Resultatet blev ett inredningssystem som kommer att förbättra diskhanteringen för de anställda på caféer. / The report describes a development of an interior system for a semi professional dishwasher. The project was performed as a Bachelor Degree Project at the University of Skövde in the spring term of 2009 in cooperation with the company ASKO Appliances. Today ASKO manufactures dishwashers for domestic use, and they would now like to expand their target group by looking at the public sector. The ambition was to design specialized interior systems for the ones which had the greatest need. A requirement was that the interior systems would suit the platform XXL, which is one of ASKO’s current dishwashers. The project started off with analyzing user needs and a study of the market today. The result of these was used as a foundation for concept generation. A multitude of creativity methods resulted in different concepts which were to be shown at a mid project presentation at ASKO. A decision was made to focus the development on an interior system specialized for cafés. The final concept, Kombi, was developed in order to simplify the handling of dishes, make room for more items and enable stacking of items specific to cafés. The handling of cutlery was altered, with portable baskets that can be used in the dining areas at cafés. The result that arose will improve the handling of dishes for the employees at cafés.
