Det naturliga för familjer och par som har problem är att söka sig till andra instanser än inom primärvården, därav intresset att genomföra en studie inom primärvården där syftet varit att undersöka svårigheter, möjligheter, samt öka förståelsen för att arbeta med familjeterapi. Den aktuella studien är en intervju studie där nio stycken personal med olika yrkesprofession ombads svara på semistrukturerade frågor, där deras reflektioner samt bedömningar när de remitterade till familjeterapi fick lägga grunden för studiens innehåll. Resultatet tyder på att det går att arbeta med familjesystemet inom primärvården. Slutsatsen är att det går att vidga perspektivet kring olika behandlingsmetoder, samt se möjligheterna att implementera familjeterapi som metod eller att utöka med att tänka kring familjesystemet när patienter med psykisk ohälsa söker till primärvården. / It is natural for families and couples who have problems to apply to instances other than in primary care, hence the interest to conduct a study in primary care where the purpose was to examine the problems, opportunities, and increase understanding of working with family therapy. The actual study is based on an interview study in which nine individuals with different professions were asked semi-structured questions, where their reflections and assessments, when remitted to family therapy were laying foundation for the study content. The results indicate that it is possible to work with the family system in a health center. The conclusion: it is possible to broaden the perspective on various therapies, as well as the opportunities to implement family therapy as a method or expand thinking about the family system when patients with mental illness find their way to a medical center.
