Research Question: How do the employees view the use of the organization's values within their daily operations? How does the employees view the organisation’s justification of the dissonance between the company's values and the risk that the employment entails? Research Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine and create a better understanding of how organizations with clearly outlined values act according to legitimacy and ambiguity when faced with inconsistencies in their operations. Research Method: This study was conducted through an abductive approach with the method of qualitative, semi structured interviews. Conclusion: The employees believe that the values proposed by Systembolaget are complied with and that the occured dissonance is somewhat justified.
