Purpose:    There is a research gap in Post-Crisis Management. This paper aims   to contribute to filling that gap. Method:   This is an exploratory study into post-crisis management.    Semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather data. The study   follows a deductive approach with inductive aspects. The data was   analysed in a thematic approach. Conclusion:    Aspects of post-crisis management have mostly been confirmed by   data. Some aspects of literature and findings contradict each other.   Some aspects have been indicated by the gathered data that are not   yet considered in the literature.
