Idag utförs de flesta byggprojekt med fast pris vilket kräver att entreprenören tidigt tar fram kostnader för att utföra projektet. Att ta fram alla kostnader för ett projekt kallas kalkylering och omfattar mycket arbete och stor kompetens av de inblandade. Att skapa en kalkyl kan göras på många olika sätt. I nuläget använder sig de flesta större entreprenörer av datorstödda kalkylprogram för att ta fram kostnaderna för ett projekt. Detta examensarbete är ett samarbete med Selbergs Entreprenad, som de använder sig av kalkylprogrammet BidCon. Syftet med examensarbetet är att underlätta hela kalkylprocessen för alla inblandade yrkeskategorier på Selbergs Entreprenad. Detta genom att skapa en kalkylmall med lämplig struktur i netto- offert- och omkostnadskalkylarken samt lägesplacera de olika kategorierna för att underlätta vid planeringsarbetet. För att skapa denna kalkylmall intervjuades de inblandade yrkeskategorierna anbudsingenjör, inköpare och platschefer. I examensarbetet har även referensföretagets befintliga kalkylmall samt utförda projektkalkyler studerats och analyserats. Kalkylmallen som skapats innehåller en struktur som lämpar sig för kalkylarbetet hos Selbergs entreprenad. Strukturen består av ett antal nivåer utifrån SBEF byggdelskoder samt fysiska lägen för projektet. I kalkylmallen har vanligt förekommande kalkylposter som identifierats implementerats. Detta för att effektivisera kalkylarbetet och undvika att kalkylposter glöms eller hanteras fel. Lägeshantering som används vid export från BidCon till planeringsverktyget fungerade inte som det skulle och uteslöts i kalkylmallen. Kalkylmallen som skapats har implementerats i Selbergs Entreprenads kalkylprogram för att kunna användas i det dagliga arbetet med anbuds- och produktionskalkyler. Att använda sig av en kalkylmall bidrar till en gemensam kalkylstruktur för hela företaget vare sig det gäller inköp, anbudsingenjör, platschef eller någon annan inblandad. Generellt att tänka på vid skapande av kalkylmall är att anpassa mallen till efterföljande delar i processen, de så strukturen kan nyttjas i planeringsarbetet och vid kostnadsavstämning. För att kalkylmallen skall kunna användas i framtiden bör mallen uppdateras kontinuerligt i takt med införandet av nya byggmetoder och material. / Today is performed most construction projects with fixed price which requires that the contractor early access costs to carry out the project. To develop all the costs of a project called the costing and covers a lot of work and expertise of the people who are involved. Creating a calculation can be done in many different ways. At present uses most of the major contractors of the computer-aided calculation programs to develop the cost of a project. This thesis is a collaboration with Selbergs Construction and the use of the spreadsheet program BidCon. The aim of the project is to facilitate the entire calculation process for all involved professionals on Selbergs Construction. This by creating a spreadsheet template with the appropriate structure. To create this spreadsheet template interviewed the involved professions tendering engineer, purchasers and managers. The thesis also reference the company's existing spreadsheet template and executed project estimates are studied and analyzed. Calculation template created containing a structure suitable for calculi work of Selbergs construction. The structure consists of a number of levels based SBEF building component codes, and physical locations for the project. The spreadsheet template has identified common spreadsheet entries implemented. This is to streamline the process and avoid the miss of items when calculating. Location Management applied to exports from BidCon to the planning tool did not work as it should, which were excluded in the calculation template. Costing template created has been implemented in Selbergs Entreprenad spreadsheet to be used in the daily work with the tendering and production calculations. Making use of a spreadsheet template contributes to a common spreadsheet structure for the entire company whether it be purchasing, tendering engineer, manager or anyone else involved. Generally to consider when creating a spreadsheet template is to customize the template for subsequent parts of the process. So the structure can be used in the planning and the cost reconciliation. For spreadsheet template to be used in the future should be the template is updated continuously as new construction methods and materials.
