The investigation started with the Problem ¿What is the influence of the implementation of a Safety and Occupational Health Management System based on the norm OHSAS 18001:2007 in the management of risks and hazards, in the Mining Contractor Company C & NG ESPINOZA S.A.C.; being the main objective determine the degree of influence that have the implementation of a Safety and Occupational Health Management System based on the norm OHSAS 18001:2007 in the management of risks and hazards, in the Mining Contractor Company C & NG ESPINOZA S.A.C. The investigation is within the correlational type, in the level III. For contrast the hypothesis was used the inductive - deductive method, and causal transectional correlational design.
The results obtained through implementation of Safety, Occupational Health Management System was reducing the high risks, minimization of accidents and incidents, meeting the objectives of Safety, and Occupational Health, reinforcing its high standards in safety, obtaining approval to implement more projects, improve safety levels, productivity and satisfaction of all staff. / Tesis
