It contains most of the standard tools used in existing neural network packages e.g. shuffling of facts, automatic test file facts extraction, randomizing of weights values (before and during training), automatic/manual construction of network files, logging of network properties during training, noise can be added to inputs, etc. NetPro has three additional tools: (a) time delay actions on inputs, (b) a neural network calculator, and (c) automatic saving of the best network during training.
